Daawat Indian Restaurant is a fully family owned business. The existing business was purchased long go, but recently started under new management. It has been refurbished, including amazing interior, furniture, and grand kitchen.
The head chef is Tejal Patel who studied in BNIT in Brisbane (commercial cookery certificate iii and hospitality management iv). After study, she immediately joined Sultan Indian Restaurant and after while she also served in Gladstone as a head chef. She has a lot of experience in cooking and managing restaurants.
We know that the Malaney is tourist destination and offers restaurants of various cuisines, which shows quite competitive market in food line.
After new management of Daawat Indian Restaurant and the new chef, we captured the market very fast because of our fine food. Customers are returning because of great prices and deals.
We receive excellent feedback from customers that we have best Butter Chicken in Hinterland.
